HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Easy! Simply submit your order via our Order Form. Once an order sheet has been submitted please allow 1 – 2 days for us to confirm availability. We then will go over your details and finalise your details and cake request.

WHERE DO WE PICK UP FROM?

Pickup is from Thomastown, Melbourne. Detailed address will be provided in the invoice.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a 50% non refundable deposit via bank transfer is required to hold your date.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CAKE?

Payment can be received via bank transfer or cash on delivery.

WHAT FROSTING DO YOU USE?

Most our cakes are all made using Swiss Meringue Buttercream. We do not work with fondant covered cakes.

HOW DO I STORE MY CAKE?

All cakes must be refrigerated until your event. They then can be displayed in a cool room. It is recommended you remove your cake from the fridge at least an hour before serving for best results.

If you have a special cake flavour not included on the menu it can be discussed and accommodated upon or prior to ordering.
